What is the purpose of the Angels Gone Too Soon of Pennsylvania Memorial?
The Angels Gone Too Soon of Pennsylvania memorial wall is a physical tribute located in Erie County, Pennsylvania created to honor the memory of children who were taken from this world as a result of abuse and/or neglect.
The Memorial serves as a permanent tribute to nearly 400 children statewide who were lost to abuse or neglect between 1992 and 2025. This list continues to expand as RAACA works to identify and honor every child 'gone too soon.
Angels Gone Too Soon of Pennsylvania Memorial History:
Ground was broken on the Angels Gone Too Soon of Pennsylvania Memorial in May 2021. Construction was completed, and the memorial was officially unveiled to the community in June 2024. The memorial continues to grow, with names added as recently as June 2025. Names will continue to be added annually, ensuring that the memories of these children are honored and never forgotten.
